I am unable to locate birria in your website. This is a traditional dish from the region of Jalisco. Please advise if I am searching incorrectly or you have neglected to post this delicious authentic Mexican dish!

Thank you kindly,

I just Googled for "carne asada marinade". Your site came up 2nd. Good job on that! Then I clicked on the Google link. It took me to the following page:

http://www.authenticmexicanfoodrecipes.com/carne_asada_marinade_/

The picture at the top of that page pretty much turned me off to your site. Your site is titled "Authentic Mexican Food Recipes" but the image of the tacos at the top of the page looked like everything was store bought...even the hard fried taco shells! I am an avid Mexican cook and an unemployed software person so I think I have some expertise on both fronts.

In any case...take this as constructive criticism. I am going to take into account your recipe and several others and my own taste for our BBQ tonight.

Good luck and again congratulations for coming up 2nd in Google search.

At the least you should consider replacing that image with one with some killer looking carne asada tacos.
