The tortilla press is used to make perfect corn and flour tortillas. After you have made your dough, take a small piece of dough and roll it between your hands to form a ball. Place the ball in the tortilla press and press a few times until you have an even thickness. Here's a tip - place a piece of plastic on each side of the dough before pressing to ease the release of the tortilla.
