Authentic Mexican Hot Chocolate

Mexican Hot Chocolate
3 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
6 cups milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground Mexican cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Mexican vanilla extract
6 cinnamon sticks for garnish (optional)
Using a sharp knife, break up chocolate squares into smaller pieces.
In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate, milk, sugar, cinnamon and salt.

Red Cactus Margaritas

1 1/4 cups (10 ounces) raspberry-cranberry
juice frozen concentrate
3 cups (12 ounces) whole frozen raspberries
3/4 cup (6 ounces) limeade frozen concentrate
3/4 cup gold tequila
1/2 cup (4 ounces) Triple Sec orange liqueur
4 cups crushed ice
1 Mexican lime, sliced

This should be made with the cone-shaped raw sugar called piloncillo, but you may substitute dark brown sugar.
8 cups water
1/3 cup or 3 small cones piloncillo
1/2 ounce baking chocolate, chopped
2 whole cloves
1/2-inch piece of cinnamon stick
1/4 to 1/2 cup regular grind coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
