A tomato based salsa with the addition of green chiles. Great with tortilla chips or tacos.
1 pound fresh green chiles
1 pound fresh tomatoes (peeled)
1 pound onions
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. cumin (ground)
1 tsp. Salt
Put chiles, tomatoes, onions in a food processor and pulse for a few seconds until you have a rough chop.
Add salt and cook in large pan, simmering for about 10 minutes.
Let cool, and enjoy!
