Carne Asada Marinade

This traditional Mexican Carne Asada marinade recipe will marinade 5-6 pounds of meat and can be easily halved or doubled.
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar (can substitute with white vinegar)

Adobo Marinade – Traditional Mexican Recipe

Ingredients
3 oranges
1 lime
2 chipotles in adobo sauce (or more to taste)
3 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons Mexican oregano
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed (you can substitute ground cumin)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt

2 Chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 tb Dried bread crumbs
1 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tb diced green chiles
1/2 ts chili powder
1 Egg, beaten
1 oz Moneterey Jack cheese, cut into two slices, 3 x 1 in.

Salsa De Chili Verde – Green Chile Salsa

A tomato based salsa with the addition of green chiles. Great with tortilla chips or tacos.
1 pound fresh green chiles
1 pound fresh tomatoes (peeled)
