Salsa Verde is made with tomatillos, and it tastes great with tortilla chips.  Salsa verde also makes a great condiment for just about any authentic Mexican dish.

1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt

This fresh roma tomato and chile salsa tastes great as a snack with tortilla chips, or as a topping for tacos and burritos. Serve immediately or let rest in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving. This salsa will keep for 1-2 days in the fridge.
